Dr. James McAnally, Founder, and CEO. With 17 years in private practice and multiple fellowships, Dr. McAnally is no stranger to the rewards and tribulations of dental practice and the hands on treatment of patients with significant dental needs.
The genesis of the core Big Case Programs for finding elective cases and then ethically presenting treatment arose from the frustrations he personally experienced in his private practice related to those very topics. Interactions with colleagues, all experiencing the same frustrations, led to him to realize that tens of thousands patients annually are unnecessarily left untreated due to a lack of solutions and systems connecting highly trained members of the profession to patients needing services in ways that matter to the patient.
