Each year, Dr. McAnally reserves several one day blocks of time to focus on a single doctor's practice for an entire day.
No one else is invited to this no nonsense focus day - it's all about you and your practice.
Attached is the application for admission into a one day session - not everyone is accepted.
Following acceptance, there will be a list of practice statistics and details that your staff must provide related to your marketing, advertising, your competition, your case acceptance rates, as well as other pertinent items related to your application that may be helpful for your specific situation.
What happens during the day?
The practice marketing and case acceptance issues specific to your location and practice are reviewed from top to bottom.
A plan of action is specifically drawn out for you to take back to your practice and apply immediately for more cases and more success.
Sessions are available in Miami, FL and rotate periodically through International locations such as Montreal, Paris, London, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
Several Types of Doctors benefit from these sessions including:
1.Those who feel they can't devote the time to commit to full membership in the Big Case Program.
2.Doctors already at a high achieving level in marketing and case acceptance and because of such, a day of tweaking will bring faster results.
3.Doctors who are in markets that are already closed for new members in the full Program and who still wish to gain consulting access to Dr. McAnally.
The application verifies that:
1. You will benefit for this type of consulting session. It also screens out doctors that would be better served by attending on of the other Big Case Programs.
2.You are committed to making necessary changes that increases the results in your business.
3.You are committed to the highest ethics and to doing good dentistry.
We advise participants to review and begin to implement this program prior to the 1-on-1 visit with James.

The Session Date:
Following receipt and acceptance of your application, Amber Brust will contact you regarding a session date and to confirm your date.
Following the confirmation of your date, she will coordinate the details for your travel to the session's location either in Miami, one of the International locations or for an on-site consultation at your practice.
Finally, following your appointment confirmation, a list of items needed from your particular practice will be provided as well as a deadline for submission before your session.
